I love this tea, if your looking for a all natural tea to give you a bowel movement. I take it twice a day first thing in the morning and right before bedtime with 1/2 a cup of hot water. It sends me straight to the bathroom to poop and than when I take it in the morning an hour or 2 hours later it sends be to the bathroom

In about 4oz of boiling water, use one tea bag let it stand for 5 min then drink , take at night time before bed.
